Casper was found covered in fleas, matted fur and foxtails had embedded into his skin. He is filling much better now all groomed and bathed. He loves to wear his sweaters while his fur grows back in. He is a very happy dog still in the puppy stage. He loves people and other dogs. Casper now has lots of pep in his step and a new lease on life.
